Your cheerfulness score indicates your quality or state of being noticeably happy and optimistic.

What does a higher score mean?

You appear positive and generally optimistic, with a pleasant demeanor and energy.

You are inclined to have positive expectations about the future. Although this will increase your self-confidence and possibly influence others, be aware of "blind optimism". Having unrealistically positive expectations could diminish your quality of work or productivity. You are able to effectively deal with setbacks, both personally and relating to your work. Overall, you often have very positive expectations when speculating on future outcomes.

What does a balanced score mean?

Although you may feel very energetic and cheerful by default, when over tired, this may be the opposite. Ensuring that you communicate your fatigue with peers who may be expecting the "fun you" could prevent any mis-communications and avoid negatively affecting the team and teamwork. You may have a very positive rapport with your team, but make sure you communicate when you are feeling overly fatigued so you are not expected to engage in such behavior.

What does a lower score mean?

You appear more serious in nature, you have a steady energy and a steadfast demeanor.

Others may find you difficult to connect with at times or perceive you as a poor communicator or team player. Engaging in light-hearted small-talk with colleagues could go a long way in developing cohesion. In a leadership position, you may foster a workplace culture in which employees don't feel very at ease or cohesive. Directing them to engage more with their peers, and actively doing so yourself, could diminish this and create a more enjoyable atmosphere.
